30-day returns

If you're not in love with your strap, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The strap must be unworn and in its original packaging.

How to return

Email returns@atlas-straps.com with your order number. We'll send a pre-paid label within 24 hours.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.

2-year warranty

Manufacturing defects are covered for 24 months from the date of delivery — repair or replacement at our discretion.

Exchanges

Want a different reference? Return your strap and place a new order — we'll refund the original in full.
