Agreement

By placing an order with Atlas you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, and our refund policy.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in USD and exclude duties unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping & risk

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Tracking is provided for every shipment.

Warranty

Each Atlas strap carries a 2-year Swiss warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidents, or misuse.

Intellectual property

All content, designs, and trademarks on this site belong to Atlas Straps SA. Royal Pop and Swatch references are property of their respective owners; Atlas is independent and not affiliated.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas's liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Geneva.
